Preliminary Audit:In Houston, the used bags are counted and baled into uniform bundles, then palletized in order to conform to Mexico import requirements.
Mexico Reclamation:
The uniform bales are palletized and marked. We ship them to our sister company, Distribuidora Elway in San Juan del Rio, Queretaro, Mexico to be fully inspected, cleaned, minor repairs made, palletized and returned.

Final Inspection
After the initial inspection station, vacuumed cleaned and repaired bags are inspected once again at the final inspection station where bags are folded and sent to be palletized.
Palletizing and Return
The bags are then baled and shipped back to Elway in Houston for warehousing
and delivery.
Full truckload quantities are shipped both ways to reduce transportation
costs.
Unusable bags are recycled
Only fully inspected repaired bags are returned to Elway. Damaged bags and
bags beyond their useful life are recycled into pellets and made into
conduit for underground electric cables.
