Food Grade Bulk Bags

Food grade bulk bags, also known as food grade FIBCs, are an ideal solution for trasnporting and storing commercial grade ingredients like sugar, rice, and other food products. There are different requirements for food grade bulk bags like using dust proofed seams for powered products or laminated fabric or polythene lined bags to meet certain food grade standards. For a company to supply food grade FIBCs, it must meet and be certified by BRC standards. Elway Industries manufactures food grade bulk bags with BRC and AIB certifications! Our food grade bulk bags are FDA approved for contact with food made with 100% virgin resins. They are vacuum cleaned to ensure safety, and then passed through metal dectectors for quality assurance. At Elway Industries, we pride ourselves with short lead times for these types of bulk bags. Elway Industries factory, Distribuidora, carries Kosher and ISO 9001 certifications.

Food Grade Bulk Bag Manufacturing Process

Food grade bulk bags can be fitted with any type of liners when needed. In terms of coatings, these bags can be either uncoated or coated. Food grade bulk bags can be uncoated with faw fabric edges sewn to the ourside of the bad or rolled hidden to the outside. They can also be coated to keep raw edges intact. We suggest having these bags coated or uncoated because it's the best practice to avoid contamination.
